Xinxiang Zhongyi Power Generation Co., Ltd. is a state-owned large-scale thermal power generation enterprise wholly controlled by Henan Investment Group's Yuneng Holdings. It was established in 2012 with a total installed capacity of 1200MW and is the core main power source in the northern Henan region. In 2023, it won the National May Day Labor Award and is one of the top 100 taxpayers in Changyuan City.
Core production capacity and business
Core installed capacity: Operates two 660MW ultra supercritical coal-fired steam turbine generators, which were officially put into operation in November 2014 and March 2015, respectively. The supporting subsidiary Changyuan Yitong Biomass Thermal Power Co., Ltd. operates one 30MW biomass cogeneration unit, with a total installed capacity of 1350MW.
Core business: Covering the two core sectors of thermal power generation and centralized heating, synchronously laying out comprehensive energy businesses such as wind power, photovoltaic, biomass power generation, etc., providing supporting services for the production and sales of circulating cooling water and desalinated water, resource utilization of fly ash, and full chain maintenance and operation of power equipment.
